I am very excited to be writing my first ever Blog Post and even more thrilled to present my latest business, ‘Tucci’s Kitchen’. My name is Tucci and cooking has been my passion my entire life and I’m pleased to say I’ve hung up my office suit and decided to turn my life long passion into a business.
My roots are from the beautiful, undiscovered part of Italy Abruzzo which I believe is Italy’s best kept secret. Whilst many people are familiar with the Italian flavour of tomatoes, herbs and fantastic wines few have truly dived into the flavours of Abruzzo’s kitchen.
Abruzzese cooks are masters at turning simple ingredients (perhaps a handful of freshly plucked beans from the garden plot, gleaming black mussels, golden noodles) into glorious feasts. They are known to flavour their dishes with hot chili pepper, aromatic saffron, fruity olive oil.
In three words Abruzzo cooking is simple, tasty and high-class. This is the cooking that makes you smile and forget your daily stress.
I’ve taken my heritage, built a team of passionate team of chefs and developed Tucci’s Kitchen. My mission is simple and that is to provide every customer with a slice of Italian food heaven.
